Tizane McEvoy is a multi-award-winning performer, voice coach and yoga instructor.
With over 30 years of experience on stage throughout New Zealand and beyond, highlights include starring in musicals such as South Pacific, Sound of Music, Grease, The Pirates of Penzance, Oklahoma and Oliver! with The Auckland Theatre company and The Court Theatre. Tizane has been the guest soloist with the Christchurch symphony orchestra and was invited to be a part of the ensemble for The SHOW MUST GO ON! Live at the Palace theatre in London.
Her album Moonfall is a collection of golden era musical theatre and operetta tunes performed live with Penny Dodd.
But Tizane’s passions extend far beyond the spotlight. Helping and nurturing other performers has been a big part of Tizane’s life.
Tizane holds an Mmus (classical voice), an MFA (musical theatre) from Guildford school of acting, and levels 1 and 2 Estill Method. Also, a certified Yoga Teacher Coach, Tizane is deeply passionate about empowering others with her down-to-earth, heart-centred approach.
